50,000 Certificates for Trans-regional Tractor-harvesting Operations Issued in Henan
The departments of transportation in Henan province have strived to ensure the agricultural machines' smooth access to the wheat fields by maintaining and patrolling roads regularly, clearing the road obstacles timely, inspecting the law enforcement intensively, and cracking down on illegal "road market" and "grain threshing and drying at roadsides", said a source from the Department of Transport of Henan on May 24.

Meanwhile, in order to better serve the drivers undertaking trans-regional tractor-harvesting tasks, an official document has been issued by the department to provide toll-free services for them.
So far, 50,000 certificates have been issued for trans-regional tractor-harvesting operations, with 838 "green channels" set up at highway toll gates and 120,000 parking lots for trucks at highway service areas. Besides, special stops have been built on national and provincial trunk roads to offer catering, refueling, free nucleic acid testing, toilet-going and maintenance services, with guidance signs set up in more than 900 highway maintenance squads and stations as well as over 140 overlimit detection stations for driver services.
