Grand gathering of nationwide outstanding embroidery workers

On May 6, the Women Handicraft Inheritance and Entrepreneurship Seminar and Fine Embroidery Exhibition was held in Kaifeng City, Henan Province. Fine embroideries of 11 varieties were exhibited, including the Jing embroidery, Su embroidery, Bian embroidery and so on. This is the first grand gathering of nationwide outstanding embroidery workers for nearly 1000 years since the times of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty (1104), which will help promote the high-quality development of women's handicraft based industries.
