The closing ceremony of the 14th Henan Provincial Games and the 8th Henan Provincial Paralympic Games was held on the evening of August 28 at the Dingding Gate Site of City Ruins of Luoyang from Sui and Tang Dynasties. This is not only a joyful, united and touching event, but is also an event open to the future. 

The city's cultural and tourist landmark "Dingding Gate - 500 meters along the Tianjie Street" was chosen as the venue for the event. The marching performances offer immersive experience for the audience, and enhance the interactivity between the audience and the performers, creating a "progressive, immersive, interactive" feast of culture and sport, and making citizens enjoy the wonderful Sports Carnival in a cheerful and relaxing atmosphere.
