On November 3, 2023 "Zhengzhou-Cambodia-ASEAN" New Air Silk Road Development Forum was held in Zhengzhou, marking a new level of openness and cooperation between Zhengzhou and ASEAN countries.

11月3日，郑州—柬埔寨—东盟新空中丝绸之路发展论坛在郑州举行，这也标志着郑州市面向东盟国家的开放合作迈上了新台阶。

Themed "Building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind and Creating a New Era of Prosperity", the forum aims to fully demonstrate the achievements of Zhengzhou's construction and development as a national center city through a series of forum activities, and strive to enhance the city's internationalization level, build consensus and lay a good foundation for more extensive economic, trade and cultural exchanges with ASEAN countries, and make Zhengzhou's contribution to the implementation of the national diplomatic strategy.

据悉，本次论坛以“构建命运共同体 共创美好新时代”为主题，旨在通过论坛系列活动充分展示郑州国家中心城市建设发展成就，着力提升城市国际化水平，为与东盟各国开展更广泛的经贸人文凝聚合作共识、打下良好基础，在服务国家外交战略实施上做出郑州贡献。

At the forum, Zhengzhou and relevant parties signed cooperation agreements on cultural tourism, international education, joint construction of high-end think tanks, and two-way investment in the "Two Countries, Twin Parks" project.

论坛上，郑州市与有关方面围绕文化旅游、国际教育、共建高端智库、“两国双园”双向投资签署了合作协议。

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia and the "China Cambodia Friendship Year". As a core node city of the "the Belt and Road", Zhengzhou's holding of the Development Forum is an innovative strategy to give play to the multiple complementary advantages of all parties, jointly promote international network connectivity, and strive to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

今年是共建“一带一路”倡议提出10周年，也是中柬建交65周年和“中柬友好年”。 作为“一带一路”核心节点城市，郑州此番举办发展论坛，是发挥各方多元互补优势，共同推动国际网络互联互通，努力构建人类命运共同体的创新之策。
