Henan swings into action to tackle heavy snow
Henan's meteorological authority at 8:00 on Monday issued a blue alert for heavy snow and strong winds. At 12:00 p.m. on that day, Henan activated a level-IV emergency response to low temperatures and snow.
The province has sprung into action in response to the freezing rain and snow that has disrupted people's lives, with workers striving to clear the snow-laden roads.
