On August 2, a delegation led by Samuel Zamokuhle Zungu, Deputy Director-General of South Africa's Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), visited Zhengzhou Electric Power College in Henan province. During their visit, they toured the training base, explored the innovation center, and observed a Chinese language class attended by South African students, experiencing the school's distinctive "Chinese + Vocational Education" model.
