On September 20, the 2024 Beijing Culture Forum hosted a parallel session on "Cultural Heritage: History, Culture, and Development Path" in Beijing. During the forum, Cheng Lesong, professor of Institute of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, Peking University, gave an exclusive interview. Discussing the inheritance and development of oracle bone inscriptions, he emphasized that these inscriptions form the foundation of Chinese civilization and reflect the way Chinese people think. He added that Anyang should become a global hub for uncovering the mysteries of Chinese characters, the allure of Chinese culture, and its profound cultural value.
