From November 5th to 10th, the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE), with the theme "New Era, Shared Future", is being held in Shanghai. Henan Province has formed a provincial trade delegation, setting up 23 sub-delegations for exhibition and participation. Over 2,000 enterprises (institutions) and more than 6,000 registered participants went on a shopping spree at the CIIE, purchasing products in various fields including consumer goods, food, automobiles, biomedicine, and more.

11月5日至10日，以“新时代，共享未来”为主题的第七届中国国际进口博览会（以下简称“进博会”）在上海举行。河南成立省交易团，并组建23个交易分团参展参会，共有超2000家企业（机构）、6000余人注册报名，将在进博会这个“洋货集市”开启“买买买”模式，采购商品涵盖消费品、食品、汽车、生物医药等多个领域。

Business negotiations and procurement are the highlights of the CIIE. The "Henan Delegation", which includes well-known enterprises such as Dennis, MIXUE Icecream & Tea, and Mingtai AluminumIndustrial, will be on-site to seek business opportunities and discuss potential partnerships. Meanwhile, government departments from various regions of Henan have organized investment promotion teams to meet with Fortune 500 companies and trade associations, with the aimofreaching cooperation intentions and signing significant projects, in order to turn more exhibitors into investors and transform exhibits into products.

洽谈采购是进博会的重头戏。包括丹尼斯、蜜雪冰城、明泰铝业等知名企业在内的“河南团”将现场觅商机、谈合作。同时，各地政府部门也组织招商小分队，将拜会世界500强企业及知名商协会，力争达成一批合作意向、签约一批重大项目，推动更多参展商变投资商、展品变商品。

"This is our third consecutive year participating the CIIE. Last year, we found a global logistics service provider, which helped us effectively reduce the logistics costs for our import and export business with countries like Germany and India. This year, we plan to purchase cultural consumer products such as oil paintings and sculptures. We also hope to connect with logistics suppliers to explore more efficient logistics solutions, further reducing our company's operational costs," said Li Jing, deputy general manager of Henan Yimeihua Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd.

“这是我们连续三年参加进博会，去年参会时，我们找到新的全球物流服务商，有效降低公司在对德国、印度等国家进出口业务的物流成本。此次我们计划采购油画、雕塑等文化消费类产品，还希望接洽到新的物流供应商，探讨设计更经济高效的物流解决方案，进一步降低公司运营成本。”河南怡美华进出口贸易有限公司副总经理李晶说。

The CIIE is a platform for trading goods and services, while also facilitating the exchange of cultures and ideas. The Henan Cultural Exchange Exhibition Area at the CIIE, with the theme "Upholding Tradition, Embracing Innovation, Promoting Shared Future", showcases nearly 30 enterprises with regional representativeness and industry influence. The exhibits include food, liquor, traditional Chinese medicine, and more. In addition, Henan will also display traditional crafts such as Ru porcelain hand-carving and Dangyangyu twisted porcelain-making, allowing visitors to enjoy the unique charm of Henan culture through immersive experience.

进博会交易的是商品与服务，交流的是文化与理念。进博会河南人文交流展区以“守正创新发展　合作共享未来”为主题，近30家具有地域代表性及行业影响力的企业参展，展品包括食品、白酒、中医药等。此外，我省还将展示汝瓷手工雕刻、当阳峪绞胎瓷制作等传统技艺，让访客在沉浸式观看体验中，领略河南文化的独特魅力。

Wang Zhenfang, the artistic director of Henan Hongbao Ru Porcelain Workshop Co., Ltd., said, "As a 'Time-Honored Brand' enterprise, we have brought more than 100 exhibits this time, including excellent handcrafted works, as well as teasets and other Ru porcelain housewares, highlighting the combination of artistry and practicality. We hope that the CIIE platform can better promote Ruporcelain culture beyond Henan and to the world."

河南弘宝汝瓷坊有限公司艺术总监王振芳说：“作为‘中华老字号’企业，我们此次带来百余件展品，主要包括大师的手工作品，以及精美茶具等日用汝瓷器具，更凸显艺术性和实用性的结合。希望借助进博会这一平台，让汝瓷文化更好地出河南，走向世界。”

"The CIIE is a window for grasping industry development trends and gaining insights into market dynamics. It can help Henan enterprises purchase more inexpensive raw materials, advanced technologies, and premium products, promoting cost reduction, technological innovation, and continuous enhancement of core competitiveness. At the same time, it also provides a broad stage for Henan enterprises to showcase new products, technologies, and services, helping more companies to go global," according to the provincial Department of Commerce.

“进博会是一个把握行业发展态势、洞悉市场发展趋势的窗口。广大豫企可以通过这一平台，引进更多质优价廉的原材料、先进技术、优质产品，推动自身降低成本、创新技术，不断提升核心竞争力。同时，它也为我省企业提供了展示新产品、新技术和新服务的广阔舞台，助力更多豫企出海。”省商务厅相关负责人说。

The statistics from Zhengzhou Customs indicate that in the first nine months of this year, the import value of Henan province reached 210.42 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.9%. Notably, the import of consumer goods in September amounted to 1.63 billion yuan, showing a year-on-year growth of 9.9%.
