On 5 March, China's Government Work Report highlighted that the primary goals for annual economic and social development have been successfully achieved, and China's contribution to global economic growth remains around 30%. Robert Walker, Emeritus Fellow of Green Templeton College, Oxford University, 2021 Fellow at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy, Harvard Kennedy School, remarked that the continuity of China's governmental policies and its consultative, cooperative governance model ensure the stable implementation of strategic plans. He further noted that the Chinese government is committed to building a community with a shared future for mankind, where everyone has the opportunity to be a winner.
