On March 8, the Australian Henan Youth Association and the Australian Dongbei (Northeast Chinese) Association co-hosted the "Henan Meets Sydney: Warmth from Northeast China" 2025 Freshman Welcome Event at the Sydney Cultural Restaurant. The event, which attracted more than 50 Chinese international students, was designed to help newcomers quickly adapt to life overseas, build a network for mutual support, and raise awareness about safety and fraud prevention.
