China and Malaysia to strengthen air cargo cooperation between Zhengzhou and Kuala Lumpur
On April 17, 2025, China and Malaysia issued a joint statement on building a high-level strategic China-Malaysia community with a shared future. Article 21 of the statement emphasizes the commitment of both countries to comprehensive aviation cooperation, including enhanced civil aviation technical exchanges and closer air cargo collaboration between Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. This initiative aims to realize the shared vision of a seamless "Air Silk Road" connecting China and ASEAN.
4月17日,中华人民共和国和马来西亚关于构建高水平战略性中马命运共同体的联合声明发布。声明在第二十一条提出,“双方将开展全面的航空合作,加强民航专业技术交流,密切吉隆坡国际机场与郑州新郑国际机场之间的航空物流合作,致力于实现中国与东盟之间无缝衔接的‘空中丝绸之路’共同愿景。”

Strategically located at the heart of a high-growth, high-traffic region in ASEAN, Malaysia boasts a well-established air route network covering major global markets and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) area, offering favorable conditions for developing air cargo services.
据悉,马来西亚稳居中国在东盟中的第二大贸易伙伴和第一大进口来源国,地处东盟潜在新市场、高客流量增长地区的中心位置,航线网络覆盖世界主要市场和RCEP地区,具有发展航空货运的优越条件。
To promote air logistics cooperation between Zhengzhou and Kuala Lumpur, Zhongyu Aviation Group has maintained close relationships with relevant Malaysian aviation enterprises with many visits.
